Fabulous cosy place - clean, comfortable. Everything we needed whilst working in the area.

Lovely stay Positive: Lovely little cottage.

A lovely stay in the tiny village of Wensley. Positive: Very comfortable stay. Heating issue sorted out swiftly by Claire. Accommodation was well located for lots of footpaths/routes. Thanks for the treats. Negative: Minor issue - creaky doors upstairs!

Charmante en comfortabele cottage Positive: Gezellig, warm en comfortabel vakantiehuis in een klein gehucht. Houtkachel maakt het heel gezellig. Goede bedden, goed uitgeruste keuken. We kregen een welkomstcadeau met lokale producten. De cottage is heel stijlvol gerenoveerd en heeft veel charme. Negative: Niets

We had a wonderful time at The Cottage, its location is brilliant for Matlock, Chatsworth, Bakewell etc. There is a pub just down the road from the cottage as well. If you need any supplies you’re very close to a supermarket, petrol station etc, so the location is fab. Just down the lane there’s a beautiful viewing point (a 1 minute walk from the cottage). The cottage itself is great and has everything you need. The log burner is fab and was super cosy with the January weather. Overall, a fantastic stay.
