Concern about cleaning in the house
Positive: House was in centrum of Ashbourne. Lovely place I used to live here for few years so was nice to come back after all.
House has a lovely beds and nice big bathroom.
Lovely kitchen
Negative: Carpet and sofa ware covered with dog hair... I have animals so I understand hair in the hosuse but if you charge 75 pounds for cleaning honestly at least hover :(
My baby was covered with those hair worse was after bath the hair you could find everywhere stack on you. Really annoying I was even brushing a carpet to clean it a bit , when I sent the message to the owner unfortunately didn't get a reply.

Lovely house with everything we needed for our 2 night stay!
Location couldn’t be improved in our opinion and Dovedale is also within very easy reach. Lovely coffee shops and places to eat within a 5 minute walk.
Such a lively surprise to have a Bakewell pudding as well as a few other essentials left out for us when we arrived too - a real treat!

Superb location
A great place to stay for our visit to Alton Towers for our family of 4. Lorash cottage was clean, warm and had everything we needed. Ashbourne is also a great town for pubs, cafes & restaurants, all within a few minutes walk from the cottage. We didn't have issues getting a parking space at the top of the Channel, but it does get busy.

Comfortable cottage in Ashbourne
Positive: Great location to be able to walk around town and explore Ashbourne. The cottage is clean, cosy and comfortable. I will definately book a stay again in future.
Negative: The hill to the cottage is quite steep when you have luggage to carry up. No parking at the property. You have to unload your luggage and then park at Cokayne avenue a short walk from the cottage. It is free parking.

Positive: Just the area. The layout was very different. Unusual but lovely
Negative: That bloody hill is a killer
